GUIDELINES FOR APPLICATION VIA SMART RECRUITMENT PROCESS

a. Apply online through www.nts.org.pk by the closing date: 15-Feb-2026
a. Pay the Rs.1,150 test fee within 15 days of advertisement publication using the generated
electronic payment challan.
b. Result-awaiting candidates are not eligible to apply.
c. Police Record Certificate is required at the application stage.
d. Roll Number Slips will be available on the NTS website at least one week before the test
and candidates will also receive SMS alerts.

f. Incomplete or incorrect applications will be rejected.
g. The online portal will close at 11:59:59 PM on the last date. No late submissions will be entertained.
h. The test will be conducted through Computer-Based Testing (CBT) by NTS.
i. Biometric verification will be conducted at the test terminal.
j. Provisional test results will be displayed instantly on screen after test completion.


GENERAL INFORMATION / INSTRUCTIONS:

All the quotas shall be applicable according to Govt. policy.
ii. PSCA is rapidly expanding its Smart City operations across Punjab, including the districts such as Attock, Chakwal,
Jhelum, Rawalpindi, Murree, Talagang, Lahore, Nankana Sahib, Layyah, Rajan Pur, Kot Adu, Taunsa, Chiniot, Gujrat,
Mandi Bahauddin and Wazirabad. Candidates from these districts are encouraged to participate due to the
available seats.
iii. Government employees shall apply through proper channel.
iv. Only eligible candidates who qualify the NTS-administered test will be called for interview.
v. HEC-verified degrees/transcripts / foreign degree equivalence (if applicable) will be required at final selection.
vi. Candidates will submit regional / district posting preferences at the interview stage according to the available
seats at that time. However, this shall not create any right or entitlement to be posted in the preferred districts.
vii. Upon completion of mandatory training, posting will preferably be in or near home districts, subject to vacancy
availability and operational requirements. However, the Authority reserves the right to deploy officers at any
location within Punjab, based on organizational needs.
viii.PSCA reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies, accept/reject applications, or cancel the recruitment
process at any stage, without assigning any reason.
ix. These positions will be offered on a contract basis.
x. Officers will be governed by PSCA Service Regulations 2017 & Punjab Essential (Maintenance) Services Act 1958.
xi. A waiting list of successful candidates shall be maintained for a period of one (01) year and may be utilized against
future vacancies, as per organizational requirements.
xii. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.
xiii. Any false information, impersonation or document tampering will result in immediate disqualification or
termination at any stage, along with the legal action.
